This stethoscope has superb audio and allows you to hear even the faintest heart beat. The way that it is made allow for you to be able to clearly hear what you are looking for with a patient. It comes with two pads and has multiple ear size pieces. It is heavier then some but it is surely worth it for the quality that you get. If you are a Nurse or even a Doctor you really need to have this for your day to day work. This can even benefit a person who is a caretaker as it is easy to use and really a wonderful product.
